Throughout his career with San Diego owned and operated station NBC 7/39, Jerry excelled as the production supervisor and was responsible for producing and directing commercials, promotional spots and marketing projects. He also reviewed the work of other staff members, evaluated staff performance and trained new employees.

Other responsibilities were Director of Photography, Lighting Director, Editor, Eng/Satellite Operator and Internship Coordinator. Jerry was instrumental in the design and relocation of two production suites for the creative services department at NBC 7/39s location in downtown San Diego in 2001. During this move Jerry accepted an offer as senior partner with an independent production company, and at the request of NBC 7/39, consulted until the move was completed. Jerry is currently President and Owner of Diamond-Production Group which opened in 2002.
